I am a DJ, culture curator, and artist liaison working at the intersection of music, storytelling, and community building. My creative disciplines are rooted in using sound, graphic and experience design as tools for expression, connection, and healing. Through DJing, curatorial work, and collaborative projects, I create spaces where people can see themselves reflected, feel affirmed, and imagine new possibilities.
My work focuses on building platforms for emerging creatives, especially young black artists, to be seen, heard, and supported. With a background in marketing, advertising, and graphic design, I approach creativity strategically as well as intuitively. I use these skills to grow my personal brand, develop cultural projects, and upskill others through workshops and an online digital series that empowers creatives with branding and marketing game. For me, creativity is not just about aesthetics; it’s about access, sustainability, and ownership.
Pushing culture forward through my practice matters because I come from a place where creative careers are often seen as unrealistic or unstable. I want to inspire young black kids from the hood to dream beyond their circumstances and to believe that their ideas and voices have value. Simultaneously, I want to show black parents and communities that creativity is a viable livelihood, worthy of support and investment. By doing this work, I’m contributing to generational healing and helping build a future where creative expression is not a privilege, but a powerful pathway.
