Illustrator and Pattern artist

I’m an Illustrator and Pattern artist who is inspired by themes around people

especially women, love, fashion and heritage while creating playful worlds that

celebrate storytelling through colour and a love letter to the inner child.

Pushing culture forward through my practice matters to me because it’s my

way of celebrating who we are and who we’re becoming. I want to share the

beauty of culture and new views on being an African in a contemporary way.

Through bold, vibrant patterns and playful illustrations, I honour the people

who give life to my work, the traditions, remembering home, the love you pour

into one’s self, fashion, and the heritage that shape modern South Africa. My

work is a visual affirmation of self-love, diversity, and unapologetic

expression. A reminder that our stories deserve to be seen, felt, and

celebrated.

By creating worlds that reflect us with joy and confidence.

I hope to inspire others to show up fully as themselves , even when it is scary

and to feel proud of the culture we’re building together. I believe that if you

honestly and positively choose to love yourself, you can create anything that

gives off the same feeling and ultimately that is what I want my work to while

living in many spaces. An act of service through representation and reminding

the viewer to constantly work on themselves too.

I have had the pleasure of working with brands that reflect some of my own

brand values such as FlySAfair, Vicks South Africa, Nandos, Coca Cola,

Facebook Africa, ARC Beauty and Mr Price home.
