What our community says?

"free events that brought together industry professionals and emerging creatives to meet and share knowledge. It was at these conversations that industry professionals and brands became accessible — where our heroes were revealed to be flesh and blood."

The panel was made up of businesses that are not just at different stages, but are growing into different shapes in terms of their business model, their target market, their brands and their ambitions. Every founder/designer was able to talk about operating in a market that, yes, has its challenges, but also has opportunity they’ve been able to meet with hard work and creativity to build great businesses. For me that was an exciting statement on how much more dynamic the local fashion industry has become in recent years.

"I left this workshop feeling so enriched. Firstly, I really loved the intimacy of it all, the setup was really welcoming and not intimidating at all. The information that was shared was particular and direct, from what we learned about Yoco to the various speakers and their personal experiences with growing their creative businesses. I will be definitely be making use of the SWOT analysis and diary to cultivate the many ideas I have brewing in my head. Thank you so so much to the Creative Nestlings Team for this offering, we need it."
